Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.  Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.  Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.  Note: eCheck payments can take up to 10 days to clear. 

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail in the USA and First Class International Mail everywhere else. Shipping is expensive. I try to use the most economical shipping possible.  Most orders are shipped in Tyvek or plastic mailing bags.  Mailing bags weight less than boxes and save you money on shipping.   If you prefer to have your purchase shipped in a box, please add a note in the "Special Instructions/Comment box" during checkout.  When I process your order, I will calculate the added box weight and the additional shipping cost. I will email you a Paypal invoice for the additional shipping cost.

International Shipping:

The checkout calculates USA postage and International shipping.  I do ship worldwide.  

I ship international packages via USPS First Class International Mail.  Once a package has been shipped, there is no way of tracking it therefore, I will not be held responsible for lost packages.  Should a problem arise with your order not arriving, please contact me! 

International orders are shipped within 48 hours of paid purchase and paid shipping invoice.

Returns:

Herman Hills Knittery does not accept returns due to monitor color variance. All products are described as accurately as possible. As you may know, all monitors display colors differently.
